“ Always an amazing experience when we come here. The food was delicious, well prepared, and evenly spread out to enjoy it all. We arrived around 5:30 on a Friday and were sat immediately. I don’t remember the servers name but he was unbelievable! Extremely polite, quick, and helpful. ”

“ Had an amazing dinner at Salento Steakhouse. It was my first time at their St. Augustine / Silverleaf location and I was highly impressed. The decor is spacious, comfortable, nice lighting and a fun festive Latin vibe. The food options are plentiful. The chimichurri sauce is a must try for all of their delicious grilled meats, cooked and seasoned to perfection. We had the fried green plantains with guacamole for our appetizer. I had a guanabana en leche to drink. For my main course I had the Salento Combination. We loved it all! I will be back. I highly recommend Salento Colombian Steakhouse. Close to Jacksonville Florida and in the heart of Silverleaf, one of the top 10 master planned communities in the U.S. ”

Everything was delicious. The only thing that could've used a little more cooking was the chicharron since it was a little too soft. I like it when its crunchier. Empanadas were amazing as always. So was the steak. Even the kids steak was amazing. ”
